Shipping Policies
Delivery Time
The delivery time quoted with each shipping option on our online store is an estimate based on averages provided by any carrier we utilize. For shipments outside the United States of America the estimated delivery time is dependent upon how quickly a package clears customs and, in some cases, on the performance of in-country delivery services over which we have no control. ExpoImaging is not responsible for delays caused by such entities should they occur.
Domestic Shipping
All available shipping prices and options will be presented to you when you place your order. We ship via UPS and the US Postal Service within the 50 United States of America, the District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories.
APO/FPO Addresses
Shipments to U.S. Military personnel can only be made through Military Post Office facilities. Your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country. Please see Customs Information below for more details.
Shipping Internationally
International shipping rates will be shown at the time you place your order. ExpoImaging is currently able to ship orders to most international addresses. Shipments cannot be made to countries with existing U.S. embargos.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. See Customs Information below for more details.
In the event that your package cannot be delivered and is returned to the U.S., you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and will only be refunded the value of the goods after deducting the return shipping from the value of the goods.
Please visit Nissin's International Dealer Locator for international distributors and dealers closer to you to save on international shipping.
Customs Information
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its final international destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from the NissinDigital.us website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the product type and value of your order's contents in total. If your billing address is in the United States and the order is a gift being shipped to a foreign country, we can, at your request, mark the package as a "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information to our international carriers. The carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
