ExpoImaging 90 Day Refurbished Product Limited Warranty on Factory Refurbished Nissin Digital Products
1. This Refurbished Product Limited Warranty supersedes all other manufacturer or distributor warranties on the refurbished product sold under this Warranty. There is no other manufacturer or distributor warranty provided on the refurbished product sold under this warranty.
2. The warranty period is 90 days, starting from the date of purchase.
3. This product is being sold in ‘Factory Refurbished’ condition, and any cosmetic defects unrelated to the operation of the equipment are expressly excluded from this warranty.
4. ExpoImaging, Inc., (‘ExpoImaging’) the US distributor of Nissin Digital Flashes in the USA and Canada, warrants to the purchaser of this refurbished product that the ‘Factory Refurbished’ Nissin product described by this limited warranty statement will be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase.
5. Should any part of this product become defective within the warranty period, ExpoImaging will repair or replace, at its option, such defective part free of charge, with the exception of shipping charges which are to be paid by the customer.
6. If service is needed and ExpoImaging elects to replace the refurbished product under warranty, the replacement shall be with a product of equal or greater value. The replacement product may be new or refurbished to the ExpoImaging standard of quality, and, at ExpoImaging’s option, may be another model of like kind and quality.
7. For warranty service, the product must be returned to ExpoImaging for examination within the warranty period, and proof of purchase showing the date of purchase is required to be provided prior to or along with the return.
8. The replaced product becomes the property of ExpoImaging.
9. ExpoImaging reserves the right to refund the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees, if a replacement is not available.
10. This warranty is not transferable.
11. Any alteration to the product, or work performed on it, unless expressly authorized by ExpoImaging in writing, will void this warranty.
12. This warranty does not obligate ExpoImaging to reimburse the original purchaser or any user of this product for any expenses or loss which may arise in connection with any use of this product.
13. This warranty covers only normal use. ExpoImaging is not responsible for warranty service should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, or service other than by ExpoImaging.
14. Exchanged products under this warranty carry a new 90 day refurbished product warranty subject to all the same terms of this Refurbished Product Limited Warranty.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY, THEN ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD IDENTIFIED ABOVE. UNLESS STATED HEREIN, ANY STATEMENT OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSONS OR FIRM ARE VOID. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, EXPOIMAGING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCONVENIENCE, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE NISSIN DIGITAL PRODUCT, WHETHER RESULTING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Shipping Policies on Warranty Returns and Repairs
For warranty returns shipped to and from United States addresses, the customer is responsible for paying to ship the warrantied product to ExpoImaging, and ExpoImaging will pay for return shipping to the customer's United States address.
For warranty returns to be shipped from ExpoImaging to addresses outside the United States, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from ExpoImaging's United States address.
This warranty and shipping policy statement is subject to change at the discretion of ExpoImaging, Inc.
