Nissin ExpoImaging 2 Year Limited Warranty
ExpoImaging 2-Year LIMITED WARRANTY
ExpoImaging, Inc. (‘ExpoImaging’) warrants to the original retail purchaser that the Nissin Digital products covered by this limited warranty conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty is non-transferrable.
To be eligible for the ExpoImaging 2-year limited warranty your product must have a USA registered serial number designating that the product has been imported by ExpoImaging. To receive a warranty service you must provide proof of purchase and register your Nissin Digital product at www.nissindigital.us.
This warranty applies only to current, non-discontinued products. Any product which has been designated as discontinued by ExpoImaging will have a 2 year warranty from the date the product is designated as discontinued, or 2 years from the date the flash was purchased, whichever is earlier.
Should your product appear to be defective during the warranty period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for warranty repair instructions. For a warranty service, you must provide your USA registered serial number and a copy of your original purchase receipt with the purchase date.
If service is needed, ExpoImaging will repair, or if necessary, replace your Nissin Digital product. If replaced, the replacement product may be new or refurbished to the Nissin Digital standard of quality, and, at ExpoImaging’s option, may be another model of like kind and quality. Replaced products assume the remaining warranty period of your original product covered by this warranty.
This warranty covers only normal use. ExpoImaging is not responsible for warranty service should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, or service other than by Nissin Digital or ExpoImaging.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY, THEN ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD IDENTIFIED ABOVE. UNLESS STATED HEREIN, ANY STATEMENT OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSONS OR FIRM ARE VOID. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, EXPOIMAGING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCONVENIENCE, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXPOIMAGING PRODUCT, WHETHER RESULTING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Shipping Policies and Processing Fees on Warranty Returns and Repairs
Customers are responsible for paying to ship the warrantied product to ExpoImaging.
Customers will be charged a $25 warranty service fee (covering shipping and handling to Nissin Industries, Ltd.) on all warranty service replacements or repairs.
For warranty returns with United States mailing addresses, ExpoImaging will pay for return shipping to the customer.
For warranty returns outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
